Curs in the Weeds

I’m really starting to feel bad for my co-worker Austin. The more i am around him and hear my co-workers mock him i feel extremely bad. I mean i have been there but even after the first couple days i was like i need to just start coaching this kid. Maybe he’s like me and doesn’t like to downstock unless there is another person to help him. I really do feel bad because everyone is just being an ass to him. I tried really hard to be nice to him today even though he frustrates me and i think it went pretty well. I’m going to have a coaching meeting with him before i leave for france to see if there is anything i can do to help him.
